Originally based in Dronfield, Derbyshire, Peak Autos is part MX5 specialist, part performance upgrades giant, working with well known brands such as Tein Suspension, Gaz Shocks, Mishimoto, Remus Exhausts, Driftworks and a LOT more.
We were involved in the design of the original brand and the original Magento website, involving the creation of all objects, buttons, banners, slider images and interactive items, as well as integrating branding items sent from the numerous manufacturers they were involved with.
The original Peak brand was designed to be bold and punchy, with a square, compact profile to fit easily into social media profiles. Visually the website was very clean and reserved, with key areas kept for advertising. Sliders were simple and effective, with bold typefaces over expansive, hi-res photos of fancy, expensive looking components.
With so many brands (of components) catering for countless models of vehicle, keeping the design tidy was always a challenge, so everything was rigidly aligned and kept within style guides to allow the eye to scan quickly and easily.
