Drop The Bomb was Sheffield’s premier (and most drunk) funk/soul/hip-hop night between 2009 and 2013. 

We showcased regional bands, hip-hop artists and DJs, starting off at The Red House and eventually taking a residency at The Harley in Sheffield. It was these posters that I really cut my teeth on as a graphic designer, learning the rules about style, colour and composition as well as my first brush with Adobe Illustrator.

Rumour has it that the night will be making a return in the future, so watch this space…
